Membership Renewal 2018-2019
Direct Debit setup. If you have previously setup a direct debit with GoCardless, no action is needed. Your yearly subscription of £22 (single) or £44 (double) will be collected in early April. If you are unsure whether the direct debit is setup, you can either check with your bank, or, if you have online banking, check yourself.
No Direct Debit setup. If you have not setup a direct debit, please use one of the following ways to renew your membership.
- By signing up to the GoCardless direct debit scheme - £22 per full member. The society is giving a discount if you use this method as it reduces the society's administration effort. Note: Students cannot join using this method. Single Membership renewal or Double Membership renewal.
This will setup your yearly automatic membership renewal via a direct debit mandate for 1st April. GoCardless is registered with the Financial Conduct Authority, sponsored by the Royal Bank of Scotland, and is the UK’s leading Direct Debit provider. The data is protected by military grade encryption and we don’t see your bank account details at all. Once a year, in early March the society will notify you that your subscription will be collected on 1st April. Once you have setup a direct debit, you can cancel it at any time by either contacting your bank or if you have online banking cancelling it yourself.
- By debit/credit card using Ticketsource - £25 per full member, £5 per student. To renew using Ticketsource, click here, select 'membership renewal' and then follow the onscreen instructions. During the process, you will be asked to enter one membership number, and the name(s) of everyone renewing. This is so that we know who has renewed.
- By cash/cheque - £25 per full member, £5 per student. To renew by cash/cheque, please either pay at the front desk at a screening or send a cheque made payable to Beaconsfield Film Society along with your name, address and membership number(s) to BFS Administrator, 42A Burkes Road, Beaconsfield HP9 1PN
